In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when you use our app. Personal data are data that are personally identifiable to you, such as your name, your address and your email address as well as your IP address. 1.2 Party responsible according to Art. 4 (7) GDPR is SPiN AG (see our imprint). Sonja Tietz, our data protection officer on behalf of DEKRA Assurance Services GmbH, can be contacted via email to datenschutz@spin-ag.de or via letter to the address in our imprint. 1.3 We process personal data in order to enable you to program three-dimensional stories and games and to share them with other users (in the following referred to as "user projects"). We only store data such as your name and email address as well as your address and further data to be agreed with you if we are to contact you at your request and answer your questions and provide you with the information and services you require. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. 2. Collection of personal data By using our app our servers automatically store the following data technically necessary for us in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR in order to enable you to share user projects with others as well as to guarantee the app's stability and security.

There is no personalized evaluation of this data. For anonymized analysis we use besides our own tools the service "Unity Analytics" (https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy). No access takes place to location data, pictures or any other personal data of the devices. Transmitted usage data is deleted after 12 months automatically, in case no further usage data has been transmitted during that period and we have to assume the app is not being used any more or has been deleted by now. Shared user projects stay saved and available online without personal reference to enable other users to learn from it and utilize it as a basis for their own projects. We do not use the app to collect data of children under 13 years of age or to make offers to them. In case legal guardians detect that their child shared information without their consent they can contact us via info@freggersplay.com. We will delete this data preferably in a timely manner. 3. Security of personal data To protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access, we have taken technical and organizational measures. Our employees and subcontractors working for us are bound to confidentiality and/or the valid data protection laws. Our safety precautions are subject to a continuous control and improvement process. 4. Online presences in social media We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to inform customers, interested parties and users active there about our services. We would like to point out that data of users may be processed outside the area of the European Union. This may result in risks for the users, e.g. because the enforcement of user rights could be made more difficult. Furthermore, user data are usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. Thus, for example, profiles can be created from the user behavior and the resulting interests of the users. The usage profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies which contain information about the user's usage behavior and interests are usually stored on the user's computer. Furthermore, data can also be stored in profiles independently of the devices used by the users (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to these). The processing of users' personal data is carried out based on our legitimate interests in effective information of users and communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR. If the users are asked by the respective providers for consent to data processing (i.e. their consent e.g. by ticking a checkbox or confirming a button declaration), the legal basis of processing is Art. 6 (1) point a, Art. 7 GDPR. For a detailed description of the respective processing and the possibilities of objection (opt-out), we refer to the information provided by the providers linked below. Also in the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we point out that these can be claimed most effectively from the providers. Only the providers have access to the data of the users and can directly take appropriate measures and provide information.
